Alice & Olivia - New York Fashion Week

Working with the team at Alice and Olivia on creating this presentation was an absolute honour. We were thrilled to fly out to New York and collaborate with their talented team for two weeks, bringing to life the vision of the design team. My personal brief for this project was decoupage, and our first masterpiece was the stunning archway that we intricately covered with the signature A and O pattern over three days.

Next on our list were the various luggage pieces, including travel trunks and suitcases. We began by adding gold detailing and then dove into the intricate task of decoupaging, adding vibrant colours and intricate flora and fauna designs to create a decadent garden aesthetic. We also curated an Instagram-worthy moment within the enchanted garden theme.

After completing our creations, we headed to the Meatpacking District in central Manhattan to install everything, starting at 2 am to ensure everything was perfect for the fashion crowd arriving at 1 pm. It was a whirlwind experience, but seeing our vision come to life in the bustling city was truly rewarding.
